Returns can be made within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note and must be unworn, unused and complete with original packaging and tags and in a saleable condition. If 14 days has gone past since you made your purchase with us, unfortunately we can not refund or exchange.

Item Information for Refunds:
Any items-returned with visible stains, marks, pet hair or scents to them such as drink, deodorant, cigarettes or perfume will not be issued refunds. It is at the discretion of the Olive & Lile team to check returns when they arrive back to us, in some cases store credit can be offered.
All of our items are checked carefully before dispatch. However in the unlikely event an item is received and is faulty – the normal returns procedure will apply and a full refund will be given. Sale items are NONE refundable, in some cases store credit can be given on sale items.
For health and safety reasons any item returned that are marked or covered in pet hair are none refundable, due to the item not being re-saleable
All Final Sale Items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Sale items or orders used with a promo code 30% or above are final sale.
We do not refund postage and packaging.
Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receipt for a different item, this must be specified via email. The item/s must be returned unworn in original packaging to be eligible for an exchange. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before you return any item then we can process the exchange and state the size or colour you require. We can then process this for you and all 'Exchange' items are final sales.

If your item is rejected for whatever reason you have 28 days to pay the shipping cost back to you. If you fail to do so items will be donated.

We currently do not offer exchanges on overseas purchases.
We use Royal Mail International shipping services that have a 5-20 business day delivery time once the order has been shipped (shipping time varies per destination). Please note that this does not include customs processing delays.
All international orders shipped via Registered International Mail require a signature upon delivery. In the event that an attempted delivery is made, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

We will try our up most to get your parcel to you as quick as possible, however on some occasions due to shipping error or customs it may not always arrive by the allocated time.
